Software Development Engineer

I am currently a Software Development Engineer at Amazon. I previously interned at Amazon with the Alexa Smart Properties team. Before interning as a Software Development Engineer, I was a Data Analyst, also at Amazon. I recently went through an upskilling program within Amazon called Amazon Technical Academy where I learned how to build web services within AWS.

I have extensive knowledge in Java and Python, I have also previously programmed in C++ during college and have basic foundational knowledge in the lagnguage. Most of my personal projects have been programmed in C++, while my professional projects have been programmed in either Java or Python. Some of my past personal projects can be found in the Projects tab. Some of my projects include a full rewrite of Tetris and a Word Sramble game (both written in C++).

Additionally, I have been working on a web service in AWS utilizing CDK and Java. The web service's premise is to help individuals come up with a mixed drink they could make based on the ingredients they currently have at home. In the future, it will also allow a user to be able to select a cocktail based off ingredients at a bar to help them decide what kind of cocktail they would like without any knowledge of the various cocktails out there. More details to come for this product, as it's still in development.
